1. What is Signal-13?

Signal-13 is the origin code of RANNTA: a symbolic protocol that binds narrative, mathematics, and on-chain mechanics into a single field. It is the framework that transforms RANNTA from “just another token” into a Signal — a living, field-based digital artifact on TON.

The number 13 is not cosmetic. It encodes transition: from closed cycles (12) to an open, emergent cycle (13). In RANNTA, 13 is the pattern that repeats across treasury, burns, governance, and narrative arcs.

2. Why 13? — Symbolic and Structural

Signal-13 stands at the intersection of symbolism and system design:

• Symbolic: 13 as transformation, rebirth, and crossing beyond the familiar 12-fold order.
• Structural: 13 phases, 13 burn cycles, 13 governance epochs, 13-layer MSF composition.

The Architect Node does not “own” RANNTA. Instead, it defines the original frequency that others can resonate with or reject.
